On Line accounting services

At CBC in recent years we have developed an on line accounting service which allows us to provide real time access to the accounting systems of our clients. This means that Sage accounting data for our clients is stored securely on the internet and can be accessed by us remotely from either our Chelmsford office or from other locations if preferred. This also allows our clients to gain remote access to their accounting systems via the Internet wherever they may be.

We see this as an essential and growing part of the services we provide to clients as we can provide more up to date feedback on the financial performance of clients and enable us to become almost a virtual finance director, for even many of the smaller of our clients.

As pioneers of this type of service in the UK we are keen to expand greatly the number of clients who use this service as those who already do are able to gain more regular and up to date information and feedback k from us on the performance of their businesses.

We see this as becoming the norm for accounting practices over the next 5 years and are keen to gain market share in a real time, web based market. Clients can rest assured that someone is keeping a regular close eye on their financial position, highlighting potential future problems and also helping to achieve competitive advantage, whatever market they operate in.
