We work closely with clients by preparing quarterly management accounts for them where we help them to ensure the business keeps on track in terms of the sales, margins, overheads and cash flows which need to be achieved. Because we deal with such a wide range of clients across so many sectors we are in a really strong position to understand what makes our clients' businesses tick.
We like to incentivise clients to make full use of our services in this crucial area and very often this means charging them fees which are geared to the extra profit generated which arose as a direct result of the advice we have given. This means that clients know that our advice is self financing and that if they don't achieve their objectives we lose an opportunity too. This gives both sides every incentive to really make things happen.
Using leading edge business forecasting software we can produce business plans and forecasts efficiently and cost effectively for even the smallest of businesses, always with the input and hence ownership of the business owners concerned. In many cases these plans are shared with the client's staff members and may form the basis of future bonus and share option schemes. Most importantly, the plans and targets are simple and easy to understand, ensuring that the clients have strategic direction and control over their businesses.
